Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
1. Remove (but keep a backup copy) of your bookmark database (~/.local/
2. Open the webbrowser app
3. Open bookmarks view from the drawer menu
Expected: the bookmarks view has one hardcoded bookmark for the homepage (http://
Actual: the bookmarks view is empty.

In fact this has nothing to do with starring/
If the bookmarks database is empty, the bookmarks view won’t display any bookmark, not even the hardcoded homepage entry, but it should.
