Drawer menu is clipped in landscape orientation

1.launch web browser app.
2.rotate the device to landscape mode
3.tap the drop down menu then check the UI
expect result:
 the drop down menu should be display completely or there is a scroll to let all the options display.

Confirmed on krillin. Arale is not affected, as its screen has a much higher resolution.
