Bug Description
STEPS:
1. install the latest image from rc-proposed
2. Open the browser
3. Goto planet.ubuntu.com
4. long press on the text in one of the elements
EXPECTED:
Blue hilight over the text long pressed and a copy dialogue
ACTUAL:
Nothing happens

This is an expected regression. The selection rectangle is not coming back in its current form. Instead, a proper touch selection mechanism is being implemented in oxide (see bug #1376268) which the browser will leverage.
Note that the selection rectangle was broken beyond repair, the functionality actually worked in very few corner cases, which is why the decision was made to drop it (as it was blocking the implementation of new context menus).
