DuckDuckGo isn't using Ubuntu tag

Bug #1490283 reported by Michael Terry

Bug Description

On the Ubuntu desktop, DuckDuckGo search uses the t=canonical tag, to indicate that a search was from Ubuntu (and so that Canonical gets some income from it).

But webbrowser-app doesn't use that same tag when the search engine is set to DuckDuckGo.
