* Rebuild against Qt 5.4.0.
* Add hack_qt540.patch to workaround Oxide bug.
* Add qt54_variantjs.

So basically with Qt 5.4 the selection rectangle is disappearing after the drag while it is "persistent" in Qt 5.3
