Bug Description
When using 3G to load a website, it could save a lot of bandwith if there were the possibility to disable the loading of images.
My suggestion would be to provide an option to "Load images": Always, on Wifi, never.

Sounds like a sensible option. Adding an ubuntu-ux task so that the design team can suggest a way to integrate it in the settings UI.
