does not work switch the keyboard layout in webapps

Ubuntu 14.04 LTS

When you try to switch the keyboard layout to another language while in the Webaps, this does not happen.
The text is typed only the language that was current at the time of launch Webaps.
Keyboard indicator in the system tray shows that the language is changed.
