Bug Description

Go to http://www.chromeexperiments.com/detail/multitouch-toy/ and touch anywhere. The touch sparklers do not show under your finger, they are shifted down. The distance seems equal to the drawing area's distance from the top of the page. This would indicate that the coordinates given to the page are relative to the top left corner of the page, not the top left corner of the element.

Visiting <http://www.chromeexperiments.com/detail/multitouch-toy/> on my device gives me the following error message: "This website requires a modern browser. Please try again using Google Chrome."
