No screenshot available for non-click apps

On unity8, the webbrowser is installed as a debian package, which means the scope doesn't display an application preview image.

One possible discussed solution is to add hints into the webbrowser desktop file for it to find an image to preview from instead of picking it up from the store.

This would avoid the fake click package that would bring in a dual desktop file problem and not much added benefit.

The apps scope will now look for "X-Screenshot=/path/to/png" in the .desktop file, please use that.

What are the expected dimensions of the screenshot file?

Height is set to 22gu, width can be variable, but should have aspect ratio of the phone. (1gu is 18px on mako) Also nothing bad will happen if the screenshot is higher res than that.
