Bug Description
The current tab switching behavior is optimized for small screens. On larger screens, I would expect to have actual tabs to switch with. See Chrome for Android as an example. On phones, you use a tab switcher that's similar (though admittedly better) than what we're using here. On tablets, you have actual, physical tabs. They each work well for their intended usage.

I would like to see this fixed also with the use of this app in the desktop in mind.
If I am allowed (and get some help) I would also try to implement this myself.
