Bug Description

"Would you like to install (website name) for extra features and quicker access" popup annoys me. It reminds me of very annoying "Download our app" popup on many websites, but this time it's on operating system side. Especially annoying if I visit website from link/search and don't use it often.

There is an option to tell the extension not to ask you again.

Otherwise you can also uninstall just this extension to remove the
feature alltogether.

Feature may be useful (better integration with system), but the way to activate apps have not so good UI. In addition to annoyingness, if I close this popup, I cannot install integration for that website later.

It will not ask for this one website, but will ask for others.

This issue has become much more annoying because in Ubuntu 15.04 there is no longer an option to disable this prompt for all websites. You have to disable it for each website. Please restore the old behavior.
