The migration script was renamed. It adds the default launcher icons back, even if the user had already removed them.

  * Put the old script name back so we don't get removed launcher icons
    re-added. Don't depend on libunity-core-<version>, but instead check
    for the schema at runtime and bail out if it's not found (with a bad
    exit status so that session-migration runs us again next time). (LP:
