Bug Description

When installing both unity-webapps-common and unity-webapps-amazon, we get the following error in the daily-release check job:

/var/log/upstart/otto-setup.log: Selecting previously unselected package unity-webapps-amazon.
/var/log/upstart/otto-setup.log: Unpacking unity-webapps-amazon (from .../unity-webapps-amazon_2.4.16daily13.06.20-0ubuntu1_all.deb) ...
/var/log/upstart/otto-setup.log: dpkg: error processing /var/cache/apt/archives/unity-webapps-amazon_2.4.16daily13.06.20-0ubuntu1_all.deb (--unpack):
/var/log/upstart/otto-setup.log: trying to overwrite '/usr/share/unity-webapps/userscripts/unity-webapps-amazon/manifest.json', which is also in package unity-webapps-common 2.4.16+13.10.20130829.2-0ubuntu2

This is blocking the release.

This issue was caused by the fix for #1214350, in which Alex copy&pasted the amazon app back into lp:webapps-applicatons, so that it could be default-installed (although in hindsight I'm wondering if maybe there wasn't a better way to do that...).

For now the best course of action is probably to just stop installing unity-webapps-amazon package.

I noticed last week this is not anymore happening, and it continues to be so. I wonder what changed, since both webapps-applications and the amazon webapp are still compiling, and no commits have been added there?

But if amazon app is going to be part of webapps-applications for good, then the separate amazon app should be probably permanently removed.

Yeah we could remove the amazon webapp package altogether. It might actually make sense given that we already have amazon in the unity-assets packages.

Ok, I've removed amazon from the webapps stack.
