booting from DVD. installed ibbus-m17n. tried to configure for kannada(one of Indic lang) failed. - does not appear ibus-preferences menu did not appear. Still continue same problem for more than one month. started to re-install

Hello
I am not surprised that a bug occurred as I have just replaced my hard disk with an SSD drive (Scandisk) and upgraded the Ram from 1 to 4GiG. The live was from a USB drive using Yumi. I am not sure if the hard disk has been formatted. Hope this helps.
