Bug Description

Just installed GMail webapp, the icon is badged with a big '0' that won't go away, it's a bit funny looking and also a bit meaningless. This should definitely be hidden when the value is 0.

I am not sure about the title of the bug. Do you mean the "Launcher" or the "Dash"? ... It seems from the description that you somewhat refer to the Launcher,

You're right, I'm referring to the Launcher. There's a big '0' badged on my GMail icon permanently. In fact it never updates to the correct value when there is new mail at gmail, and it never hides the badge when there is no mail. Pretty ugly and useless at the moment.
