Bug Description

Application installed, with the following warning:

Setting up weather-util (2.3-2) ...
/usr/share/weather-util/weather.py:1106: SyntaxWarning: "is" with a literal. Did
 you mean "=="?
  elif searchtype is "coordinates":
/usr/share/weather-util/weather.py:1122: SyntaxWarning: "is" with a literal. Did
 you mean "=="?
  elif searchtype is "coordinates" and zone[0]:

Super easy fix. If it was on Github, I would have fixed it myself.

Correct, this was fixed upstream in 2.4, so does not affect Ubuntu Jammy or later (and I think some short-support releases before Jammy which are now EOL).

Changed in weather-util (Ubuntu):
status: Confirmed → Fix Released
