Bug Description

I think it's typo in libwavpack-dev.install:
debian/tmp/usr/lib/libwavpack.a* /usr/lib

It's need to be:
debian/tmp/usr/lib/libwavpack.*a /usr/lib
to include libwavpack.la in the package.

Just search the web why .la files are considered evil, at least by Debian.
