Bug Description
python3-arrow >= 1.0 ships some API breaking changes that breaks Watson, addressed upstream in the PR https:/
This does not occur in impish as python3-arrow was 0.17 there.
Steps to reproduce (tested on a fresh 22.04 container):
* Install `watson`
* Launch it
