Bug Description
Since I upgraded to Karmic, the cursor position reported via XInput is offset from the core pointer position by a considerable distance. This happens in all the XInput-supporting apps I've tried, including Inkscape and the Gimp. Note that this is when the input device is configured in screen mode, where the two positions are supposed to coincide.

Tim Cole, your bug report seems similar to another bug report already opened in Launchpad, and the situation you describe has been fixed in Karmic.
Could you please try again with an up-to-date Karmic (for example, you're using linuxwacom 0.8.3.2 drivers when Karmic now has 0.8.4.1, and libgtk2.0 (where the bug was) has also seen an update that fixes the bug.
