Bug Description

Binary package hint: wacom-tools

I have "Intuos 3 Graphics Tablet" from Wacom, and it is behaving wierdly in Intrepid.
The mouse is moving only when the pen is not touching the tablet surface, and I am not able to achieve mouse click action nor any other action.
Also sometimes when I plug-in or plug-out the tablet, whole Xserver restarts.

I have similar problems with a wacom bamboo. As soon as I touch the surface with the pen, the pointer freezes for about half a minute.

Would this be a duplicate of #260675 ?

The X restarting issue is a separate bug(#259035) so it is actually a duplicate of both.
