Bad delta calculation in vte_terminal_set_size

Bug Description

When vte-based terminals are resized, a bad calculation causes a lot of blank space to be placed between the prompt and previous commands. https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?pid=1246595#p1246595 describes the problem and also provides a patch. Could this patch be adapted / applied to the version of libvte in precise?
