Alt Gr+ Q obtains q and not 'commercial at'.
Alt Gr +E obtains e and not 'EUR' sign.
Alt Gr + < obtains carriage return and linefeed and '<' but not the pipe character.
left arrow key has no effect.
right arrow key has no effect.
Up arrow key calls the 'Save Screenshot' program.
Down arrow key apparently has no effect.

I cannot see how a screenshot could help in bug squatting. Can you elaborate.

In an xterm the same errors appear as in a GNOME terminal.
In terminator the same errors appear as in a GNOME terminal.

then it could be a vte issue, reassigning there, could you also send this upstream at bugzilla.gnome.org since you're having the issue? Thanks.

affects: gnome-terminal (Ubuntu) → vte (Ubuntu)
