A change in the behavior of /bin/dash broke some perl components of votca-csg, as per the thread in the link above.
The issue seems to have been resolved in the new 1.5x releases of the votca package that's available in disco, but the updated package has not made it to bionic. There is a workaround, but it's not a particularly great one, and the result is that the 1.4 package as it stands has broken components in bionic due to this bug. I'm not sure I'm asking in the right place, here, but if there's anyone who can offer some guidance or help me figure out the right place/person to ask to get this package (and its associated packages?) updated for bionic, I'd appreciate it greatly. Thanks.
