Link to Vorbis tags is incorrect

In the manpage for 'vorbiscomment', it references http://xiph.org/ogg/vorbis/doc/v-comment.html under the "Tag Format" heading. This link returns a 404 error. The correct link should be http://www.xiph.org/vorbis/doc/v-comment.html.

This isn't a problem with the code itself but with the manpage only.
