vnc4server accesses wrong /var/run/gdm directory

Bug Description
Binary package hint: vnc4server
I used nautilus as the report vehicle, but the problem is with vnc4server.
root@riposo:~# su - burdi01
burdi01@riposo:~$ vncserver :61
xauth: timeout in locking authority file /var/run/
Found /usr/share/
.....

Of course *burdi01* cannot lock the *root* authority file.
As an aside: This is still RealVNC 4.1.1, but 4.1.3 has been available for "ages" already.

This is vnc4server 4.1.1+xorg4.3.0-37.
I never saw the auth file message before - not in previous Xubuntu versions nor in other Linuxes.
