vmplayer config script not working : vmnet not loaded

Binary package hint: vmware-player

When installing vmware player, the config script is stoping on error, it can't load vmware modules, but manually, those modules can't be loaded also ! I've checkup in the current /lib/modules directory, and there are two modules, I don't know why they are not reconized.... All steps are below :
