Bug Description

Ubuntu 12.04 beta 2 32bits
VLC 2.0.1
HP ExpressCard DVB-T TV Tuner Model : EC300

I'm unable to scan the channels DVB since VLC 2.0.
Same card and same computer with Oneiric (VLC 1.x), it worked.

Support for scanning was removed in VLC 2.0 (not me).
