Bug Description

vlc streaming output by udp generates a segmentation fault.

Could you give some simple steps that can be used to reproduce this e.g.:
1. Start vlc
2. Go to File -> Open http://example.com/udpstream

I think there is some problem with the ts mux module (encapsulation method used for the resulting stream). Ts mux is the default mux module.
