Bug Description
If VLC is started from Caja, i.e. if I double click a mp3 file in Caja and VLC is launched, in the indicator sound applet on the panel the forward and backward buttons work but not the play button.
Probably something to do with D-Bus or VLC or indicator-sound.
Same behavior happens on the live iso of Ubuntu MATE 18.04.
Happens with VLC 4.0.0 dev and the VLC version packed in Ubuntu MATE 18.04's iso.
