Youtube live stream does not play

Only get thumbnail. Output of vlc -vvv https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ga3maNZ0x0w attached.

Obviously similar to bug 1600645, but behavior and output are different so I think it's a different issue.

Playback of youtube videos was fixed in 3.0.6-1.
