Bug Description

Some information about my system :

lsb_release -rd
Description: Ubuntu 16.04.1 LTS
Release: 16.04

apt-cache policy vlc
vlc:
  Installé : 2.2.2-5
  Candidat : 2.2.2-5
 Table de version :
 *** 2.2.2-5 500

        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status

I installed Ubuntu few weeks ago and I can't use VLC as I did with previous versions of Ubuntu.
I'm playing music from a webradio with VLC.
After a delay my computer enter in sleep mode. The delay is the delay I choose in the Ubuntu's settings.

I expected my computer to stay on while VLC is playing something (audio, video).

I checked the vlc's parameters with the UI and they seems to be good. See the captures attached to this message.
I checked the vlc's parameters in the file ~/.config/vlc/vlcrc and the result is strange : see attachment, lines 4071 (power management) and 3696 (screensaver). These lines seem to be good, but are commented.
