vlc crashed after switching channels with channels.conf from usb-dvbt

Bug Description

uptodate 16.04
channels.conf and usb-dvbt-stick known to work before upgrade to 16.04.

opening channels.conf loads the first tv channel already with a wrong screen ratio. seems like its cut of beeing resized to 4:3 while the vlc window is like 16:9.

switching to another channel in the list vlc crashes.
