Bug Description
The daily builds of vlc 2.2.x refuse to compile against qtbase-
configure: error: "You cannot build VLC with Qt-5.5.0. You need to backport I78ef29975181ee

The patch in question is actually already backported to Ubuntu: http:// anonscm. debian. org/cgit/ pkg-kde/ qt/qtbase. git/tree/ debian/ patches/ set_WA_ OutsideWSRange_ for_native_ widgets. patch?h= ubuntu
That means VLC is making a wrong assumption about it not being backported and needs to be forced to skip that error.
