VLC inhibits display dimming

Ubuntu 13.04 64bit (actually latest VLC, latest Chrome)
Settings ( Power off display after 10 minutes without interaction, Sleep computer after 30 minutes without interaction)

Hi, in last days (after clean install of 13.04), I note, that when I am looking on Youtube videos, display turns off. And when I am looking on film in VLC media player, after it play to end (VLC window stay open, but not play), display never turn off and computer don't go sleep. I must wake up in the middle of the night and go to PC to manually turns it off.

Please try with the latest VLC version. If it still occurs, please provide the D-Bus message logs. I cannot reproduce the problem here.
