Keyboard capture doesn't work under Wayland

When using the Wayland session the keyboard capture doesn't work so you can't do things like Alt-TAB in the guest because those get captured by the WM. I did some searching and apparently it's a know wayland that's been fixed in gnome-boxes:

This was probably a wayland issue, that looks fixed upstream.
