virtualbox-dkms 5.0.18-dfsg-2build1: virtualbox kernel module failed to build [error: passing argument 5 of ‘get_user_pages’ from incompatible pointer type]

On a fresh, plain-vanilla install of xubuntu 16.04.3 (64bit), I cannot install virtualbox from the default packages. The installation is clean and less than 30 minutes old. Default kernel provided by the distribution. Nothing custom built.

The error I get is as follows:
