Building kernel drivers with gcc 4.9, solved this issue.

Hi Fabiano Ferroanto,
In my case, I had old version of gcc ( 4.2, if I am correct). Compiling new kernel drivers requires latest(upgraded) version of gcc, so upgraded gcc to 4.9.x. After that reinstalled virtualbox-dkms, and Virtual box is back to Normal.
