Bug Description

I was updating my system when this happenedno programs were open and I just turned it on the update manager came up so I installed new hardware support. I had also just got a new video card Its a Radeon HD5450 Sapphire 1gig ddr3 I think that's why the new hardware support came up. but that's it I wasn't doing anything nor did I have any programs open except for the update manager. Thanks for your time. the release is 12.04.5
