virtualbox-dkms 4.1.12-dfsg-2ubuntu0.6: virtualbox kernel module failed to build

I was running Precise with the Raring HWE stack and I upgraded today to the Trusty HWE stack and got this error. I guess something in the 3.13 kernel headers breaks the VirtualBox build.
