Bug Description

I had upgraded Ubuntu form Ubuntu 10.10 to Ubuntu 12.04 using the upgrade feature on 2 computers of mine. The bug occured on both of them. On the other hand, I've upgraded another computer, which uses multiboot, with the Ubuntu 12.04 64 Bits live CD to replace the old Ubuntu version I had. No problem there. on both computer I mentioned first hereabove, I'd updated the machines (sudo aptiude update, and so on...), I don't think I'd done the same on multibooted computer. hope this helps.
