virtualbox-dkms 4.1.12-dfsg-2ubuntu0.2: virtualbox kernel module failed to build

during the installation process through Ubuntu Software Center this error was generated. I was only installing this Virtualbox package.

Virtualbox will run but when I try to power on a vm it errors
