Bug Description

Description: Ubuntu 12.04.2 LTS 64-Bit
Release: 12.04
Kernel: 3.5.0-23-generic
virtualbox-ose: 4.1.12

About LTSEnablementStack:
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Kernel/LTSEnablementStack

VirtualBox doesn't start a VM any more after installing the LTSEnablementStack on Ubuntu 12.04.2 with the following command:
sudo apt-get install linux-generic-lts-quantal xserver-xorg-lts-quantal

It is possible to open the main VirtualBox interface and select an VM but after pressing the 'start' button two error messages are displayed:

First error dialog
==================
Failed to open a session for the virtual machine preciseTest.
The virtual machine 'preciseTest' has terminated unexpectedly during startup with exit code 1.
Result Code: NS_ERROR_FAILURE (0x80004005)
Component: Machine
Interface: IMachine {5eaa9319-62fc-4b0a-843c-0cb1940f8a91}

Second error dialog
===================
The VirtualBox Linux kernel driver (vboxdrv) is either not loaded or there is a permission problem with /dev/vboxdrv. Please reinstall the kernel module by executing
'/etc/init.d/vboxdrv setup'
as root. If it is available in your distribution, you should install the DKMS package first. This package keeps track of Linux kernel changes and recompiles the vboxdrv kernel module if necessary.

The pointed file (vboxdrv) in the second error dialog dose not exists.

Other things I have tried: sudo dpkg-reconfigure virtualbox-dkms
(I've attached the dkms log file)

Temporary workaround : uninstall Virtualbox and install Virtualbox-4.2 from Oracle repositories. See here for instructions : http://www.ubuntuupdates.org/ppa/virtualbox.org_contrib?dist=precise
