virtualbox video driver doesn't load on quantal guests

Bug Description

Running quantal in a VM results in llvmpipe being used because the vboxvideo driver isn't loaded, so 3d acceleration drops to software rendering. This adversely affects performance for users using/testing Ubuntu in a VM.

Last I heard, the vbox video driver was no longer compiz-friendly either. --> bug 1030891.
