The new package/module is waiting in the NEW queue:
https://edge.launchpad.net/ubuntu/hardy/+queue?queue_state=0&queue_text=virtualbox
you can download and install it from there or "just" switch over to the virtualbox package from virtualbox.org (PUEL version, http://virtualbox.org/wiki/Linux_Downloads).
The second option has the benefit of giving you Virtualbox 2.0 with more features and bugfixes.
