the new hwe stack updated xorg to 1.20, so virtualbox-hwe needs a no-change rebuild against it.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Install Ubuntu 18.04 LTS
2. Install HWE into it
3. Try to install virtualbox-
Expected result:

$ sudo apt install virtualbox-
