Xen guest installation failure following prompt

Bug Description

The binary "virt-install" is nearly completely inoperable when using the --prompt option. It appears to be encountering a Python exception.

myuser@localhost:~$ sudo virt-install --prompt

ERROR 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'startswith'
