virt-manager Help menu is missing "Report a Problem..."

Bug Description

Binary package hint: virt-manager

Since reporting bugs in Launchpad is deliberately difficult [0], it's very import that virt-manager include the standard option in the Help menu to report a bug.

Alternatively, you can simply type "ubuntu-bug virt-manager" in a console to report a bug.

Launchpad integration is being dropped from all applications in Ubuntu 12.10. We will not be fixing this.
