Bug Description

Binary package hint: virt-manager

Please sync with virt-manager (0.8.3-2) from debian squeeze before the LTS release. The virt-manager version 0.8.3 allows advanced networking configuration like:

New ability to manage network interfaces: start, stop, and view existing interfaces. Provision new bridge, bond, and vlan devices.

I think these features are really useful for server systems.

But for this to be of value, I think libvirt needs to support network configuration. And then you need to support Ubuntu-style network configuration in netcf (https://fedorahosted.org/netcf/).

virt-manager 0.8.4 is now in Maverick. Unfortunately, the upstream netcf project doesn't have debian/ubuntu configuration support.
