image should be removed when a machine is deleted (or at least prompt the user)

Bug Description

Binary package hint: virt-manager

Currently (0.6.1-1ubuntu4) virt-manager does not remove the image of a deleted machine. This is counter-intuitive. In addition, a server's disk can quickly fill up due to this behaviour.

The dialog should at least prompt the user:

"Do you also want to remove the disk image associated with this virtual machine?"
