"restarting" vm from virt-manager does nothing

Bug Description

Binary package hint: virt-manager

Jaunty KVM amd64 host running:
  libvirt 0.6.1-0ubuntu5
  kvm 1:84+dfsg-0ubuntu10

On attempting to restart a vm from the virt-manager console for that vm, presented with following failure information (without restart happening or anything crashing, it just doesn't restart):
